April 17, 2010 - EPS' third annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon was held at Maggiano's Little Italy at St. John's Town Center. Volunteers and their guests were treated to a delicious meal while enjoying fun and fellowship together.
October 3, 2009 - EPS' first annual Stories of Hope Benefit was held on the rooftop deck of the main library downtown. It was a wonderful night of music, fellowship, dinner and cocktails as we shared the inspiring stories of transformation that occur within the walls of our centers.
October 2009 - Thank you to everyone who participated in our 7th Annual Diaper Drive. With the difficult financial times and a growing number of families that we are assisting, we are still in desperate need of sizes 3,4,5 &6 diapers and pullups. Please consider collecting diapers at your church or community group anytime in the coming year.
September 18, 2009 - EPS opened our first Mobile Outreach program on the campus of Edward Waters College. This mobile unit is open on the first and third Saturdays of the month.
September 2008 - EPS opened our third location in Arlington as a full-time, full-service center.
June 27, 2008 – EPS took ownership of the building that will become our Arlington center. The Arlington center is located at 6903 Merrill Road, Jacksonville FL 32277. It is expected to open in early fall and will be our third permanent location in Northeast Florida.
August 2007 - EPS opened our second location in Orange Park. Located in the St. Vincent's Medical Professional building at 2300 Park Ave, Suite 201 Orange Park FL. Volunteers are needed to help greet clients during the week.
